I’m Vishal Bhatia, principal of The vWorks. I have led over 500 engagements globally with Fortune 500 companies, government, NGOs, consultancies and universities, and assisted with initiatives ranging from transformation, culture change and innovation sprints to team-building and leadership development.

With an approach rooted in systems-thinking and learning by doing, I have helped teams unpack complex challenges, reframe problems, align on goals and leave with concrete action plans. I work across ranks from the C-suite to the frontlines to help develop skills, conditions and ways of working that improve stakeholder-focus, psychological safety, collaboration and creative problem-solving to drive client’s desired outcomes.
